On Wednesday, April 18th, our club members participated in a tree planting project in cooperation with the Webster Groves Parks Department, in which approximately 150 trees were planted. Our group was responsible for planting about 60 of those trees. The following were planted: Aromatic Sumac, Shortleaf Pine, Downy Serviceberry, Smooth Sumac, Cherrybark Oak, Shumard Oak, Riverbirch, Persimmon, Pecan, Hazelnut, Elderberry, Witchhazel, Flowering Dogwood, Hawthorn, Spicebush, Blackhaw Viburnum, and Winterberry Holly.
